As our eCommerce Executive (Home Audio), you will primarily focus on our esteemed home audio brand, K&B Audio.

Your responsibilities :

Your role will involve assisting customers in selecting and maximising the use of their new speaker systems, turntables, and HiFi components.

In this position, you will be responsible for onboarding, maintaining, optimising, and enhancing our product pages to ensure that our customers have all the information they need.

Additionally, you will offer pre-sales advice to customers via email, live chat, and telephone, and continuously strive to improve our customer experience through innovative approaches, including product data, engaging content, and comprehensive after-sales support.

  • Enhance and update product pages to ensure accurate data and enticing product descriptions.
  • Onboard new products to our online catalogue, ensuring all relevant information is included. (Full training provided)
  • Provide customers with expert pre-sales advice through various communication channels.
  • Identify and implement strategies to elevate the customer experience, including optimising product data, creating engaging content, and enhancing after-sales support.
  • Assist customers with technical after-sales support.

Requirements :

  • Deep knowledge and love for music and audio equipment.
  • Strong communication skills across different platforms (email, live chat, telephone).
  • Attention to detail and ability to optimise product pages for maximum impact.
  • Customer-centric mindset, always striving to provide excellent service.
  • Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
  • Salary : £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
